The Hen Party was booked through Wales Outdoors and originally planned as a bushcraft and life drawing day but the group didn't want to travel out of Cardiff so Andy had to think on his feet and come up with some city centre activities prior to adjourning to Little Man Coffee Company for some nude sketching.
Andy met the group at Pettigrew Tearooms which is at the main entrance to Bute Park, Cardiff's amazing green heart. They didn't travel far from there, walking over towards the river and some trees for some games and problem solving while Andy set up a slackline.
There was much hilarity as the group tried to balance on a pretty wobbly taughtly tensioned tape.
A walk then ensued, through the park and taking in some sights and some more games and problems. All in all the women played with some Handcuffs, some Balls and Andy's Magic Pole! All bone fide team building resources, honest :)
It was then time for Andy to say goodbye and for Mo Del to take over. Mo is Andy's identical twin brother and is the art tutor come Life Model for Wales Outdoors. Always hilarious and well received, Mo's life drawing session for hen parties lasts just under an hour and a half and includes plenty of audience participation along with sketching and chat about the politics of being nude.
All in all a fine Hen Party Day.
