I forgot to add - I took Mr Haden to court in late 2005 for non payment of monies owed, about £2500 if I remember rightly.

Of course, the judge threw out his pleas and I was subsequently paid in full.

I hope this page is still monitored as I have just yesterday had an accident on the Challenge Valley course and have been left appalled at the conduct of Clyne Farm- can anyone please advise me on why to do about this please?

Andy

It would seem that members of the public are continuing to be let down by the inspection services that ought to protect them. In the first instance I would go to Swansea City Councils health and safety department and make a formal complaint. If you required hospital treatment Clyne Farm has to report the incident by law, which I know they do not do. I would also look to any body that supervises the safety of activities at Clyne Farm, so BAHA I think would be the place to go to. I would also seek a small claim and detail my blog posts and the recorded incidence of misadventures at the farm.
