Andy Lamb the owner of Wales Outdoors does stuff other than walking the hills and jumping off of cliffs... He is a rather keen artist and poet and his city time is spent organising arts events and ongoing networking opportunities for aspiring artists and writers.
On Sunday 19th February he is bringing together his personal network for a mega day of artistic fun. Here is the programme of events all of which will take place at the lovely Little Man Coffee Company on Bridge Street in the centre of Cardiff:
10-11am Yoga and wellbeing with Rhiannon
11.30am-12.30pm Knitting and Crochet with Layla
1-2pm Poetry workshop (to perform at open mic!)
2.30-3.30pm Tutored life drawing with Kat
4-5pm Belly dancing with Valeria
CRAFT FAIR - 10am - 4pm

6-7pm - An hour talking to the contributors over a glass of wine - a typical exhibition opening. There will be 10 contributing artists and so 20 pieces. Towards the end of the opening there will be a showing of two jazz/freeform/live art videos.
Open mic will be bookended by music. Evening compered by performance poet Alex Wharton. We are leaving a good few gaps to go get drinks and to chat.
